Safety depends on knowing where a part has been. These are the standards we hold every order to.
Our commitments
- We buy from sources we have vetted, and we check the paperwork before we quote.
- Every quote states the condition code and the release documents that come with the part.
- Trace back to the last certified operator or source is provided on request where available.
- Parts are checked on receipt for correct part number, condition, damage and paperwork.
- We do not knowingly sell parts with incomplete or questionable documentation.
- Parts are packed to protect them, including ESD-safe packaging for sensitive electronics.
